The South Central Oklahoma Workforce Board (SCOWB) is comprised of leaders in business, the labor community, public education and employment organizations representing Caddo, Comanche, Cotton, Grady, Jefferson, McClain, Stephens and Tillman counties in South Central Oklahoma.
The Board is charged with the implementation of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 whose purpose is to "help job seekers access employment, education, training, and support services to succeed in the labor market and to match employers with the skilled workers they need to compete in the global economy."
